Like many of you, she grew up with the love of cooking. Her dad owned three restaurants that she worked at from the young age of twelve which inspired her to have a place of her own one day. In 1994, she started catering and two years later opened her first restaurant called Gourmet Country Caf in Taylor, Texas. She is truly just a small-town girl who got to live out her dream of cooking and making people smile for over twenty years.
